Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms you must not use the Site or place an order.

2. Definitions
Products means bulk fuel, petrol, diesel, lubricants and LPG cylinders in sizes 9 kg, 14 kg, 19 kg and 48 kg.
Order means your request to purchase one or more Products via the Site.

3. Ordering

1. To place an Order you must be at least 18 years old.

2. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion.

3. Once we accept your Order we will send you a confirmation email.
    

4. Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are quoted in South African rand and include VAT where applicable.

2. Swap prices for LPG cylinders apply only when you return an approved empty cylinder.

3. Payment must be made in full before delivery. We accept credit card, EFT and iKhokha.

4. If payment is not received within 48 hours of placing your Order we may cancel it.
    

5. Delivery

1. We deliver nationwide using our SQAS accredited fleet.

2. Delivery fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.

3. We aim to deliver within three business days of Order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

4. If you are not available to receive your delivery you must arrange a new delivery date. Additional delivery fees may apply.
    

6. LPG Cylinder Swap Policy

1. LPG swap prices apply only when you return an empty cylinder of the same size.

2. Cylinders must be in good condition and free of damage.

3. If you fail to return an empty cylinder within 14 days of delivery we will charge you the full cost of a new cylinder.
    

7. Cancellation and Returns

1. You may cancel an Order at any time before it ships by emailing hello@nrwlogistics.co.za.

2. Once Products have been delivered we cannot accept returns unless they are faulty.

3. To request a replacement for a defective Product you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
    

8. Safety and Handling

1. All LPG cylinders and fuel deliveries come with safety guidelines. You must read and follow all instructions.

2. You are responsible for safe storage and handling on your premises.

3. We accept no liability for loss or damage caused by improper use or storage of Products.
    

9. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

1. We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss.

2. Our total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the purchase price paid by you for the relevant Product.
    

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by NRW Trading and Logistics Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

11. Privacy
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you consent to that collection and processing.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will apply from the date of publication on the Site.
